All these videos were made some years ago on a basic digital camera, so quality is low. Apologies, but I've no time to re-shoot them at the moment.
BouncingBouncing is good way to loosen up all the muscles. Keep relaxed and sink into your middle as you drop down. |
Earthly circles:Good for keeping the mid section loose and warming up the kidneys. |
Heavenly Circles:Not as easy as earthly circles but that does work the balance. |
Frog swimming:There's a slight bend of the knees as you come down and a slight stretch of the body and neck as you come up. Stay relaxed throughout. |
Sau Gong:Do three times to end each exercise session. Bring the energy from around you, down the front of the body to the belly (dan tien). Let it rest there for a few seconds. |

The kettlebell swing:One of the best general exercises you can find. Only the two handed version is shown here. |
Kettlebell Clean:Bringing the weight just up to the shoulder. Keep strong straight wrist throughout. |
Kettlebell Snatch:You need to be quite confident of your technique for this one. Get used to it with lighter weights. Keep a strong straight wrist throughout as with all kettlebell exercises. |
